For over four decades we have manufactured quality rubber for our clients.

Hitkari Rubber Industries, founded in 1980 by Mr. Hitesh Gupta, stands as a symbol of disciplined manufacturing and long-term commitment to quality in the rubber industry. What began as a focused manufacturing vision has grown into a trusted global enterprise, built on experience, consistency, and technical understanding.

Located along the Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram (India), our manufacturing facility is strategically positioned to serve domestic and international markets efficiently. For over four decades, we have specialised in the manufacture of pre-cured (cold) tread rubber, camel back (hot) tread rubber, and customised rubber compound sheets, catering to applications ranging from retreading and tyres to conveyor belts and industrial moulded products.

PRE-CURED TREAD RUBBER

Our pre-cured tread rubber delivers high mileage, superior road grip, and pattern precision. Ideal for efficient cold retreading, it reduces downtime and enhances safety. Available in custom sizes and designs, it ensures a cost-effective, eco-friendly, and reliable solution for commercial tyre life extension.

CAMEL BACK TREAD RUBBER

Our camel back conventional tread rubber offers strong durability, excellent grip, and heat resistance, ideal for traditional tyre retreading. Designed for longevity and performance, it bonds well in hot cure processes, extending tyre life while ensuring reliable performance across varied applications.

Unvulcanised Rubber Compound Sheets

We offer customizable unvulcanised rubber compound sheets engineered for superior performance in belting, retreading, and molded products. With precise control over properties like hardness and tensile strength, our sheets ensure excellent bonding, processability, and durability across a wide range of industrial applications.

CUSHION GUM RUBBER

Our cushion gum rubber ensures perfect bonding between the tyre casing and tread. Its tackiness, flexibility, and heat resistance make it essential for strong adhesion in retreading. It improves retread integrity, reducing failures and enhancing tyre performance over extended use.

We know how to manufacture quality rubber.

We have a series of quality checks and tests making sure the consistency in the quality of the rubber sheets
